DOUGLAS PLESKOW

Dr. Pleskow is a Professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is the Emeritus Clinical Chief of Gastroenterology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA
Dr. Pleskow is an Associate Editor for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and is the Chair for Peer Review Mentorship Program for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy .
His clinical interests include therapeutic pancreaticobiliary endoscopy and endoscopic therapy of Barrett’s esophagus. Dr. Pleskow has helped develop single use endoscopes for cholangioscopy and ERCP. His research interests include novel imaging procedures including spectroscopy and OCT.
