SHIVANGI KOTHARI

Shivangi Kothari, MD, FACG, is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Advanced Endoscopy and Innovation in the Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine, University of Rochester Medical Center. She is an interventional endoscopist and the Co-director of the developmental endoscopy lab at the University of Rochester (DELUR). She has authored several publications and presented her research at various national and international meetings and is also an active member of multiple national gastroenterology committees, including past Chair of the ACG's Women in GI Committee. She currently serves as the ACG Governor for Northern New York and associate editor of GIE (Gastrointestinal Endoscopy)
